Founded in 1953, the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) currently has 191 Full Members and 4 Associate Members. The International Congress of Supreme Audit Institutions (INCOSAI) is the INTOSAI organ of the highest authority and is held once every three years. The XXI INCOSAI is held in the National Convention Center in Beijing, China from 21 - 26 October 2013.
