BahrainA nice Bahrain postcard showing the Batelco building and mosque at Manama. I am very interested in the green 10 fils charity stamp bearing picture of wheat ears affixed on the card. From some website, I find that this extra 10 fils is compulsory for all mail and the revenue from the charity stamps (10 fils each) is transferred monthly to the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs of Bahrain.
