On the cover, I just affixed a Macau "150th Anniversary of the Birth of Dr SUN Yat Sen" 2 Patacas out of the normal postage of 3 Patacas. You can see the round-shaped T 1/3 chop from Macau. The postage due is thus: ((1 / 3) x 2.3) + 4 = HK$4.8.
