Hong Kong'Local Mail Postage' Stamp and 'Air Mail Postage' Stamp
Date of Issue : 1 October 2013
As postage rates was increased on 1 October, Hong Kong Post issued two stamps bearing "Local Mail Postage" and "Air Mail Postage" indications on 1 October 2013. These 2 stamps adopt the designs of the Heartwarming Stamps issued in 2003.
