Russia300th Anniversary of Plant «Arsenal»

The machine-building plant "Arsenal" is based in St. Petersburg in 1711 by decree of Peter I as a "cannon foundries."
Very happy to get Russian FDC again. The stamp is beautiful. I like this FDC. Thank You very much to my friend.
