On the cover, my friend affixed a Singapore 1st Local (26 cents) stamp out of the normal airmail postage of 65 cents. So, SingPost delivered it as surface mail (postage = 50 cents). On 1 March 2012, I went to the Almirante Lacerda Post Office (紅街市郵政局) to get the mail and paid the postage due.
