Uruguay
A very nice map card from Uruguay. My friend mentioned that there are total 19 departments (states) in Uruguay. I am so surprise to know that the capital of Argentina, Buenos Aires is so close to Uruguay. I am also surprise that there is Hong Kong postal cancellation K17 dated 21 May 2009 on both sides of the card. The trangle Uruguayan stamp affixed on the card features the national flower of Argentina and Uruguay, Ceibo and was issued on 18 Dec 2008.
