Bo Yibo (薄一波, 6 Feb 1908 – 15 Jan 2007), a native of Dingxiang County, Shanxi Province, was an outstanding member of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
The stamp design is nice. The design of the offical cancellation and the FDC cover are also great. It is the first time I have ever seen perforation around the picture of the FDC cover. But, I think it would be better to issue this set of stamps in 2008.
