New Year's Greetings (Issue of 2018)

“Cross-strait Rare Stamps Exhibition” was held from December 14 to 18, 2018, Chunghwa Post is specially overprinting “海峽兩岸珍郵特展紀念” (in commemoration of Cross-strait Rare Stamps Exhibition) on the Sika Deer Postage Label, which was issued on May 17, 2017. This postage label is to commemorate the history of cross-strait friendship that mainland China gave us the giant panda pair in 2008 and we offered in return the sika deer pair in 2011.
