On the cover, I just affixed a Macau 1.5 Patacas out of the normal postage of 3 Patacas. You can see the round-shaped T 1.5/3 chop from Macau. The postage due is thus: ((1.5 / 3) x 2.3) + 4 = HK$5.2.
