On the cover, I just affixed a Hong Kong "Centenary of Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Brigade" $1.7 stamp out of the normal postage of $2.2. You can see the T 50/230 chop from Hong Kong. The postage due is thus: ((50 / 230) x 3) + 5 = 5.7 Patacas.
