The New Campus of the University of Macau is separated from Taipa, Macau, by a waterway, with the lush Hengqin Mountain in the background, covers approximately one square kilometre and can hold more than 10,000 students. This issue includes a set of four stamps and one souvenir sheet, the designs show the buildings of library, administration building, residential colleges and university hall & UM guest house.

On the souvenir sheet FDC, there are one 3 Patacas Definitive stamp, which depict the old University of Macau, and also one ATM stamp which depict the Lotus Bridge, a cross-border bridge linking COTAI with Hengqin, to make up the postage.
While on the self made FDC below, there is a special ATM, with "***.5" printed on it. This 0.5 Pataca ATM is not available on ATM machine, and is only available at a few post offices.
