On the cover, my friend affixed 2 Portuguese 3 eurocents stamp out of the normal postage of 80 eurocents ("Correio económico" is 0,77). On 26 Jan, I went to the GPO to get the mail and paid the postage due. The postage due is : ((0.72 / 0.80) x 2.3) + 4 = HK$6.10. On the cover, you can see the red T 0.72/0.80 postmark from Portugal (It is really strange. It should be T 0.74/0.80). Also, there is a big rectangle "To Pay" chop from Hong Kong.
