This is the Macau first semi-postal stamp issue, in tribute to the 30th anniversary of ORBIS’ sight-saving work.
This issue includes a set of two semi-postal stamps, the stamps are printed with the postal value and the surcharge respectively. The surcharge of the stamps sold will be offered to ORBIS Macau in support to their action of saving sight.
