SingaporeA very nice Singaporean cover with the autograph of the designer of the "Reservoirs of Singapore" stamps, Mr Don Low. The 50cents stamp affixed on the cover features the Bedok Reservoir and is one of the "Reservoirs of Singapore" stamps. Thank you very much to my friend !
