PortugalOn 5 October 2011, I sent a cover to Portugal Poste Restante. My friend in Portugal was so kind to help me to pick up the letter and pay the 0.70 Euro service charge. Due to a mistake of the Portuguese postal officers, the Portuguese arrival chop (the not-so-clear postmark at the back) was dated 17 September. Thank You very much to my friend !
