China Stamp ~~~ China "Folk House" 1.5 Fen Definitive Stamp (Issued on 1 July 1986)
Hong Kong Postage Due Label ~~~ Issued on 23 September 2004 On the cover, I just affixed a China "Folk House" Definitive stamp of 1.5 Fen out of the normal postage of 1.5 Yuan. On 20 January 2015, I went to the GPO to get the mail and paid the postage due. The postage due should be : ((150 / 350) x 2.3) + 4 = HK$5. On the cover, you can see the handwritten T 150/350 by Chinese postal staff and a Hong Kong "To Pay" chop.
The conceptual design of the stamp is combined with the different forms of the goat and the distinguishing characteristics of “Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth”. The year of goat, the goat’s nature from the “Five Elements” is “Wood Goat”, so it becomes the main character of the five stamps. The “Wood Goat” stamp is applied with emboss printing technique to highlight its gentle characteristic, together with the hot foil stamping with symphony holographic on the stamp border. The design of souvenir sheet used construction blocks and simple colour to create the scene of Macau, in which a group of white goats is living harmony in the city.
